Helping Individuals Live Fully in Their Communities
At Alternatives, adults with psychiatric or developmental disabilities find personalized programs that offer them the skills and supports they need to build successful lives in the community – lives that include real homes, real jobs, and real relationships.
For individuals with developmental disabilities, we provide day, residential, and employment programs as well as clinical services. For adults with psychiatric disabilities, we offer residential options, social and employment programs, and the complete clinical services necessary to nurture and support their recovery.
Recognizing that transportation is essential for people to fully participate in community life, Alternatives maintains vehicles across our service area. Whether living in one of our residential programs or not, the majority of the individuals we serve have access to daily, door-to-door pickup that gets them to day programs, jobs and other activities.
All of the programs we offer reflect our commitment to providing the highest quality services possible. Our Quality Improvement, Human Rights teams and others work hard to make sure that commitment is met every day, in every program.
